Victor Boniface and Chidera Ejuke: Super Eagles star pose with expensive cars
See how Super Eagles of Nigeria stars Victor Boniface and Chidera Ejuke posed with their expensive cars.
The announcement was made on the same day the Spanish side revealed Sergio Ramos would depart the club after a year following a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2023.
Ejuke's move to Spain sees the Super Eagles attacker return to one of Europe's top-five leagues after spending a year on loan at Hertha Berlin in 2023-23, having suspended his contract at CSKA Moscow under FIFA regulations.
The Bundesliga club opted not to make the move permanent and the 26-year-old joined Royal Antwerp on another loan deal for the 2023-24 campaign.
Ejuke netted five times and assisted six goals in 39 appearances in all competitions for the Belgian side, featuring four times in last season's Champions League.
The Spanish side did not disclose the length of the Nigerian's contract, but transfer guru Fabrizio Romano states that the 26-year-old signed a three-year deal.
How does Chidera Ejuke fit in at Sevilla?
Ejuke is typically utilised as a left winger but the Super Eagles man is equally adept on the opposite flank or capable of playing off a natural No. 9 in a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1.
How many times has Chidera Ejuke featured for the Super Eagles?
The 26-year-old made his Nigeria debut in a friendly match against Tunisia in October 2020 and featured seven more times for the three-time African champions, taking him to eight appearances.
Ejuke has not played for the Super Eagles since 2022 — a group-stage Africa Cup of Nations meeting with Guinea-Bissau on January 19, 2022.
