Ideye trolls Finidi
Brown Ideye, the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner, has poured out his anger after two disastrous outcomes and attacked the Super Eagles team on Twitter.
The former Sochaux striker emphasised that the best course of action is to let your performance speak for itself and insisted that football is not just about talking.
Ideye wrote on X, “Football no be Cho! Cho! Cho! [talking too much] If u no show working inside pitch no results period.”
The former Super Eagles attacker has said that Finidi should stop talking and do the work on the football field.
Nigeria only has three points after four games, trailing South Africa, Rwanda, Lesotho, and Benin in Group C.
However, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are yet to play Rwanda and Zimbabwe, leaving six more games left.
