In just his first season at the helm with the Royals, Ssenyondo has won all the five games that he taken charge of, collecting a maximum 15 points.

After pushing his side to the summit of the Uganda Premier League, Kitara Football Club head coach Brian Ssenyondo is the frontrunner for the Coach of the Month for September and October.

In just his first season at the helm with the Royals, Ssenyondo has won all the five games that he taken charge of, collecting a maximum 15 points.

Kitara have scored eleven goals already and conceded just four this season, stamping their might despite it still being early stages.

Still under Ssenyondo's watch, they have beaten some of the League's finest sides including thirteen-time Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC 3-1 and record holders SC Villa 2-1.

It should also be noted that Kitara are fresh in the top-flight, having joined from the FUFA Big League as champions.

Meanwhile, Ssenyondo will not have it easy as he will have to fend off opposition from BUL's Abbey Bogere Kikomeko and NEC's Hussein Mbalangu.

Kikomeko has seen his team win five in as many games this season and only sit second to Kitara, courtesy of goals scored.

Abbey Kikomeko been immense with BUL since his unveiling.

With BUL and Kitara tied on both points (15) and goal difference (seven), the latter has scored 11 goals to the former's nine, stressing their positions on the table.

Like Kitara, BUL has also beaten the likes of KCCA (1-0) and SC Villa 2-1. They have also marshalled wins past Maroons FC, Arua Hill SC and Soltilo Bright Stars FC.

On the other hand, NEC's Mbalangu has been a stalwart for his side as he has had them pick four wins in the five games played.
