Ballon d'Or: Afrobeats king Davido reacts to Osimhen and Oshoala's nominations
Asisat Oshoala and Victor Osimhen's Ballon d'Or nominations have gotten reactions from Nigerians including Afrobeats legend Davido.
Cristiano Ronaldo who moved from Manchester United to Al-Nassr was omitted for the first time from the nomination list.
Other players who were omitted from the list are Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, Manchester City defender John Stones and Chelsea new signing Enzo Fernandez.
Barcelona midfielder Frankie De Jong and AC Milan forward Rafael Leão were also omitted from the nomination list.
The omission of these players came as a surprise to many due to the fact that they performed well for their clubs last season.

The winner of the award will be announced on the 30th of October 2023 at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris.
