The possibility of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi playing together again in a pre-season friendly has suffered a setback.
The Argentine has been confirmed to leave the Parc Des Princes outfit at the end of the season after spending two glorious years at the club.
Ronaldo and Mbappe set to come face to face
However, Kylian Mbappe will be on parade when Al Nassr takes on Paris Saint-Germain in a pre-season friendly game slated for Japan.
The Saudi Arabian Pro League side will also be playing Champions League finalists Inter Milan in their pre-season tour.
PSG and AL Nassr will trade tackle on July 25, and J-League club Cerezo Osaka three days later.
They will end their trip to Japan with a match with Inter at Tokyo’s National Stadium on August 1.
Ronaldo’s future at Al Nassr
There has been speculation that Ro aldo will be leaving Al Nassr this summer with reports suggesting he will be joining Atletico Madrid.
The five-Ballon d’Or winner was not available in Al Nassr’s last game of the weekend which raised doubts about his availability for next season.
