The footballer's press advisor, Acaz Felleger, indicated the possibility of taking legal action against Paulo Albuquerque, the Rio de Janeiro-based individual responsible for the misinformation.
Albuquerque, describing himself on X (formerly Twitter) as a lover of football, beer, and a beautiful woman, initially posted, "The information I'm receiving is that Daniel Alves has killed himself."
