AC Milan were held to draw by a gutsy Cremonese performance and the individual brilliance of David Okereke.
Nigerian striker David Okereke's stunning solo attempt had seemingly given Cremonese a famous victory over the defending champions, but a late Rade Krunic strike stole a late point for Milan.
The Rossoneri hosted the lowly Cremonese at the San Siro as they looked to work towards a top-four finish; however, profligacy coupled with a resolute performance from their visitors saw them drop two crucial points.
How it happened
AC Milan started purposefully and peppered the visitor's goal early on, but poor finishing let them down.
They were utterly dominant on the ball and kept the bulk of possession throughout the first half, with Cremonese coming up for a gasp of air with few attempts in transitions, but they did little to hurt Stefano Pioli's side.

The second-half started slowly, but it soon assumed the form of the first, with Milan keeping the bulk of the ball but struggling in the final third, and Cremonese looking to hurt them in transitions.
Davide Ballardini brought on Okereke in the 56th minute, and the substitution proved inspired. Marco Benassi found the Nigerian with a through ball in transition, and Okereke held off two Milan defenders before finishing with aplomb.
