Manchester City and Belgium midfield maestro, Kevin De Bruyne, is reportedly on the verge of a surprising move to Al Ittihad, a club in the Saudi Arabian league.

According to transfer expert Rudy Galetti, De Bruyne has verbally agreed to terms with Al Ittihad, and Manchester City are reportedly open to letting their star player leave.
