The Tax Collectors have tied the teenage defensive midfielder to a relatively long three-year contract, till 2026.
Also a 16 year-old, Kisolo joins the Taxmen from St. Henry’s College Kitovu, where he is also their skipper.
He captained Kitovu in the recently concluded USSSA Schools football tournament in Fort Portal, as they went all the way to the finals, before eventually losing to St. Mary’s Secondary School, Kitende.
According to stats revealed by URA, Kisolo has previously featured 18 times for Kitovu, scoring six times, adding eight assists.

He is the second signing for the Sam Timbe coached side in the window after Kisiriko.
At URA, he is expected to battle for a midfiled role with the likes of Saidi Kyeyune, Paul Mboowa among others.
