Scouted at a young age, Endrick joined the Palmeiras youth set-up at 11. He was prolific in the academy, scoring 165 goals in 169 games across age grades.
He really caught the eye of global football when, aged 16, scored eight goals in seven games to lead Palmeiras to victory in the 2022 edition of the Copa Sao Paulo de Futebol Junior, a U-20 competition for Brazilian teams.
At 16 years, two months, and 16 days, he made his senior debut in the same year, making a substitute appearance in Palmeiras’ 4-0 win over Coritiba, the youngest in the club's history.

Endrick led the Brazil U-17 team to their first Montaigu Tournament title since 1984, scoring five goals in four matches.
On November 6, 2023, Endrick got his first Brazil senior team call-up, becoming the youngest player to achieve the feat since Ronaldo Delima in 1994.
