Erik Ten Hag feels that Manchester United will improve quickly, but he maintains that it is premature to declare that the team has "turned a corner."
Manchester United started the 2023/2024 season with a poor run of form, which has left them fighting to get into the top four.
However, their recent run of winnings in the second half of the season has helped them close the gap on the top four contenders.

Ten Hag positive about Manchester United
During the pre-game news conference ahead of the Premier League encounter against Luton Town, Ten Hag acknowledged that although there has been improvement, there is still much work to be done to return to the level of the Champions League.
According to reports from OneFootball, Ten Hag said, “First of all, I think it’s too quick to say we have turned a corner.
“We are not there yet, we are still not in a position to say so. We are back in the race, but not in the position we want to be at this club – that is a minimum of the top four – so we have to catch up and we are still doing that.
“But I do think that now we are going in the right direction. I was always convinced we would once the players were available.
“With this squad, I knew that with me and my coaching staff and players, and the togetherness, we have the quality to play for the top four. Of course over the season we had to prove it – but I was always convinced we would.”
With a victory at Luton Town tomorrow, Manchester United will close the gap on fifth-place Spurs, who fell to Wolves at home tonight, to just three points.
