Abel Etrude only has good memories during his two-year stint at Express FC, but all that will be put aside on Friday when he comes up against his former side in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

Etrude says that as he achieved a lot with the traditional giants, his focus now is to help Maroons FC earn a top-four finish which would be the first top finish for the Luzira-based side in a while.
"Such games motivate you as a player to put up a good show which I want to do to help my team win," Etrude told Pulse Sports.
"Our win against Onduparaka moved us to fourth on 40 points which is a milestone for us players and coaches because it's been a while since we performed this well."
"It motivates us to work harder and finish on a high in our final two league games," Etrude added.
Both sides come into the game with different fortunes; the Maroons, for the first time in a while, have hit the 40-point mark and are targeting a fourth-place finish, while the Red Eagles have blown hot and cold this season.
James Odoch's side sits 10th on 31 points after 26 games played and hopes to bounce back from the 5-2 defeat away to title-chasing Vipers. A win for the Red Eagles will take them to 34 points level with BUL FC.
