Kenyan defender Christopher Oruchum has embarked on a new journey, signing a two-year contract with the newly promoted Tanzania Premier League side Pamba Jiji Football Club.
This significant move comes after his departure from FKF Premier League team Posta Rangers and marks a return to the Tanzanian league where he previously had a short stint with Namungo SC.
Oruchum, who has been a pivotal player in Kenyan football, is a former back-to-back FKFPL champion with Tusker.

Oruchum launched his career at Thika United in 2015 before moving to AFC Leopards and then Tusker. He has also had two previous stints outside the country in Zambia and Tanzania.
He was also part of the KPL All Star team that travelled to Hull in 2017 for a friendly match.
The well-travelled defender took to his social media accounts to celebrate the new milestone in his career by quoting a verse from the book of Ezra 10:4 in the Bible, which says:
“Get up, for it is your duty to tell us how to proceed in setting things straight. We are behind you, so be strong and take action.”
