Onyango is the most successful and decorated player in the history of the PSL, with ten league crowns, three with SuperSport United and seven with Mamelodi.
He won the PSL thrice in a row with SuperSport United in 2007/08, 2008/09, and 2009/10 before winning his first with the Brazilians in 2015/16.
With the Ka bo Yellow, Onyango clinched it six times on the bounce in 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, and 2022/23.
