The latest reports making the rounds today suggest Chelsea could make a club record bid for one of Real Madrid's star players while Arsenal are set to return for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The rumour mill is back in full effect and Chelsea, who have finally announced the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino are immediately liked with a host of players.
Chelsea in for Vinicius Jr?
After Pulse Sports reported the Blues' strong interest in acquiring Uruguayan destroyer Manuel Ugarte, reports from Spanish outlet Nacional indicate Chelsea are preparing to make a bid worth over €150m for Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr who is believed to have considered the prospect of a move away due to the racism he has suffered endlessly in Spain.
Hard to see this one happening but Todd Boehly has shown he is willing to pay whatever it takes to land his man as he did when he broke the club's transfer record to bring in Enzo Fernandez in the January window.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are reportedly set to return with an offer for Brighton's tenacious midfielder Moises Caicedo who could not be more vocal about hs wish to leave the club, if he tweeted it himself - which he has done in the past.
Arsenal back for Caicedo?
According to the Evening Standard, the Gunners have been put on red alert after Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi's public comments seemingly opened the door to an exit for Caicedo.
Mikel Arteta will, however, have to bid big to convince Brighton to sell the midfielder this summer.
