Ex-Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita has been named in the Guinea squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Uganda Cranes.
Keita is the captain of the National Elephants, and he will lead them out against the Cranes at the Berkane Municipal Stadium in Morocco on Friday, November 17.
The 28-year-old struggled with injuries for most of his five-year stay at Anfield until he was released in the August 2023 transfer window.
