It was a meeting of the past and present as former Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo and current Super Eagles sensation Victor Osimhen enjoyed a hangout session.
Pulse Sport reports that the Ighalo and Osimhen link-up comes just days after the Napoli star's explosive rant against Nigerian football icon Finidi George.

The 35-year-old Al-Wehda forward, Ighalo, who was once the main man leading the line for the national team, took to social media to offer a glimpse into his get-together with the fiery 25-year-old.
Posting a picture and video of the pair flexing and having fun with some friends, it seemed the veteran had opened up his home to the younger superstar.

This comes after Osimhen made headlines for his scathing attack on legendary ex-Super Eagles coach Finidi during an Instagram Live session after the former manager allegedly questioned his commitment to the national team.
The outburst came as Osimhen missed Nigeria's recent World Cup qualifiers, with the striker taking time to recover during the summer break amid speculation over his future at Napoli.

But with tensions running high, experienced campaigner Ighalo stepped in to try and talk some sense into the younger man, urging him to 'calm down' during the live rant.
Ighalo, who commands huge respect from Osimhen, clearly wanted to use his influence to diffuse the situation and bring the focus back to the pitch rather than off-field drama.
It was a meeting of the old and new guard of Nigerian football, with Ighalo using his wisdom and standing to try and guide the talented but fiery Osimhen through a tricky moment.
Ighalo netted as many goals, 15, for Al-Wehda last season in the Saudi Pro League as Osimhen scored for Napoli in a difficult Serie A season for the former champions.
