The FUFA competitions department confirmed that two games will be played on the same day, with the third-place playoff and the final being played at the MTN Omondi stadium, home to KCCA FC, on Sunday, September 3rd.

The Kasasiro Boys will open up the extravaganza against SC Villa for the 3rd/4th place battle with kickoff at 2 pm before the final between BUL FC and URA FC takes centre stage at 4 pm.

The tax collectors reached their maiden FUFA Super Eight final following a hard-fought 2-1 win over KCCA FC; the win was also a tribute to former coach Sam Timbe, who had passed away suddenly while BUL FC shocked Vipers SC with a 1-0 win in the semifinals.

Both BUL FC and URA FC will look to earn their first FUFA Super Eight title in the competition's history.

This will be the third edition of the competition's final, with KCCA FC winning the inaugural edition under Mike Mutebi while Vipers won the second edition in 2018.

The competition then took a sabbatical until it returned in 2023.
