The Taifa Stars is now full house after about seven players landed in Egypt on Monday night ahead of their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda.
The neighbours face each other in Uganda’s makeshift home at the Suez Canal Stadium in matchday 3 of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Friday 24th.

The team’s assistant coach Hemed Morocco has noted that the preparations are in high gear as the players continue to adapt to the atmosphere.
“We’re now set,” Morocco, a deputy to Adel Amrouche said.
“The players are adapting well and show the urge to fight for the results. We’re looking for a positive result because this is a tough game that will determine our direction,” he added.
