Gift Orban scoops Gent player of the month for February and March
Gent striker Gift Orban has won the Player of the Month and Goal of the Month for February and also Player of the Month for March following a remarkable performance for his team.
Orban led the line as Gent dominated the encounter but were forced to come from behind to share the spoils at home.
The 20-year-old Orban was outshone by his partner Hugo Cuypers but he did come close to a spectacular goal in the second half.
In the 82nd minute, with his back to goal, Orban attempted an audacious bicycle kick which almost sailed into the roof of the net but came off the bar instead.
