Gor will be playing Tusker in their next league game of the season.
Gor Mahia head coach Johnathan McKinstry is wary of the threat a rejuvenated Tusker will bring when they face each other at the Machakos Stadium next week.
K’ogalo are top of the table on 40 point after 18 games, having lost none but that could end when they face Tusker who have won all their last five games on the bounce and jumped up to third place just nine points behind their fellow title challengers.
Speaking to the media after the match, McKinstry expressed caution and warned his charges against complacency when they face the Brewers next weekend, heaping praise on their rejuvenation after an early season blip.

FOOTBALL Johanna Omollo returns from obscurity in Oostende's win over Zulte Waregem
Omollo made a return to the matchday squad after being left out a couple of times for Oostende's recent league matches
“It is a huge game, it always is between ourselves and Tusker, “ McKinstry said.
“They’ve come strong again recently, they obviously had a horrible start to the season but I remember speaking about them after we played them in the first leg and I think everyone was calling for the change of management there.
“I even said after the game that look, teams don’t turn bad overnight, coaches don’t turn bad overnight and it is no surprise that Robert Matano and the staff over there have got the players ticking again.”

McKinstry is aware Tusker will provide a different challenge to Sharks given their direct nature.
“We are expecting another incredibly tough encounter next week, it will be very different to this week’s (against Sharks).
“Sharks like that pass and move tiki taka game whereas Tusker are a little more direct. They like to get it forward to their forwards and look, Erick Kapaito is a top striker and they have got top players there.
