Manchester United players have reportedly informed the club of their decision regarding Mason Greenwood's possible return to the team.
Several Manchester United players would like Mason Greenwood to return to the fold next season, according to the DailyMail.
Manchester United have been conducting an internal investigation for the last six months and are yet to announce their final decision.
Greenwood has been suspended by the club for the last 18 months after being arrested in January 2022.
Man United players want Greenwood back
According to the report by the DailyMail, the Red Devils players believe he should be reintegrated and given a second chance.
The report further states, "He didn't have the opportunity to clear his name in court because the charges were dropped, so the players feel like he has been left in limbo"
United are expected to make a decision on Greenwood's future within the next week.
