He also said that the club will do everything to keep the players because it will be difficult to replace them.

Bernardo
Guardiola has vowed to o anything to hold on to Bernardo.

“ "They are so important to us,” he said, per a report from Marca. “We want them to stay and we will do everything possible because they want to stay.” Bernardo is not like Gundogan, who was ending his contract. He has a contract here. Replacing the two would be very difficult.”

No suitable offer for Bernardo

Speaking further on the deal, the former Barcelona manager added that the club has not received a proper offer for their player and clubs that want him should take a plane.

Gundogan
Pep Guardiola does not want to lose another important star following Gundogan's departure.

“I don't want any player who doesn't want to be here, but that's just my opinion,” he added. If someone wants it, they'll get on a plane and come here, to talk to our sporting director and our CEO.”

“In any case, we haven't received yet a suitable offer. If it happened, we would meet to negotiate and we would fight to extend the contract so that he would stay with us. It's as simple as that. We have lost incredible players, like Gündogan or (Riyah) Mahrez, who in previous seasons have been very important.
