Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has shown a high level of generosity by handing out a substantial bonus to each member of staff at the Etihad.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has awarded a £10,000 bonus to each member of his first-team staff, totaling over £600,000.

The recipients include kit men, security personnel, physios, and other staff working in the first-team building at the City Football Academy within the Etihad Campus.

This move reflects Guardiola's appreciation for the crucial role these individuals played in the team's success, especially last season when City became the first ever team to win four Premier League titles in a row.

On the pitch, the champions have started the season brightly winning their opening two games of the season.

Their next game is a trip to West Ham this weekend before the international break.
