Ayunga impressed but could not help St.Mirren beat Rangers in a high-stakes Scottish Premier League encounter.
Kenyan striker Jonah Ayunga impressed over a 64-minute spell on the pitch but could not help St.Mirren avoid a 1-0 defeat to title-chasing Rangers in a Scottish Premier League encounter on Saturday afternoon.
Ayunga, who has scored two goals since returning to full fitness having recovered from a nasty knee injury in December, led the line impressively.
He completed two out of five attempted take-ons and gave one key pass underpinning his willingness to also make things happen despite being the one expected to get on the end of chances.
