The 18-year-old star reveals plans after completing his long-awaited move to AIK, having agreed terms to join the Swedish outfit last February.
Highly regarded Harambee Stars midfielder Stanley Wilson Omondi has revealed his plans after officially signing with Swedish top-flight club AIK from Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) outfit Kariobangi Sharks.

Harambee Stars midfielder 90 minutes from securing Europa League group stage spot for Swedish club
The Harambee Stars midfielder shone as he helped IF Elfsborg get one step closer to sealing Europa League group stage qualification with a crucial away win over Molde.
Wilson himself shared his excitement about the move, saying, "I’ve waited a long time to get this opportunity. I am very happy to be part of the AIK family, and I look forward to fulfilling my dream of becoming Swedish champion with the club."
The young midfielder first made headlines during the international break in September 2023 when, at just 17, he earned a call-up to the Kenya squad by Turkish coach Engin Firat.
Although he remained on the bench during Kenya's 1-0 defeat to South Sudan at Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani, his inclusion in the squad highlighted his rising profile.
The former Darajani Gogo man went on to play a significant role in helping Junior Stars get to the final of the CECAFA U-18 championships held in Kisumu and Kakamega last December before earning a trial with the Swedish outfit.

Boost for Shabana as they agree multi-million partnership with SportPesa
Shabana have sealed a three-year partnership with SportPesa ahead of their new FKFPL season.
During the camp, Wilson featured in two friendly matches, including a second-half appearance against Serbian side FK TSC Backa Topola. Following his impressive performances, he returned to Kenya but was soon called back for a second trial in the summer.
Wilson's international debut came during the 2024 COSAFA Cup in South Africa. On June 30, 2024, he replaced John Ochieng in the 55th minute of Kenya's match against the Comoros at the Isaac Wolfson Sports Stadium in iBhayi, marking the beginning of what promises to be a bright international career.
On July 18, 2024, Wilson was among the players present for the first training session under AIK's new head coach, Mikkjal Thomassen, at Karlberg, solidifying his position within the squad.
AIK has also previously employed the services of other Kenyan players such as Erick ‘Marcelo’ Ouma. Henry Meja and Collins Sichenje are other players currently on their books right now, but are away on loan.
