Neymar believes Chelsea have a talented player with the potential to become one of the world's best.
Neymar has praised Chelsea new signing Estevao Willian, a 17-year-old Brazilian forward touted as one of the world's top talents.
Estevao, who currently plays for Palmeiras, has undergone medicals at Stamford Bridge and is set to complete a €61.5 million transfer to the Blues next summer.
He is widely regarded as the next big thing and Neymar has added his voice to the topic, insisting he could become of the greatest in the sport:

Neymar backs Estevao to shine at Chelsea
"He is a great talent that is emerging in Brazilian football today. I think he's going to be a genius."
Estevao, nicknamed 'Messinho', has drawn comparisons to Chelsea's current star, Cole Palmer.
However, Neymar's praise suggests that he could be just as good, if not better.
With his potential and talent, the teenager could become a key player for Chelsea, following in the footsteps of legends like Eden Hazard, who lit up Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Enzo Maresca is set to end his striker chase as the Blues have agreed a deal to sign Samu Omorodion from Atletico Madrid.
According to reports, Chelsea are making arrangements for Samuel Omorodion’s medical in Paris today.
The Blues reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid in a deal worth £35m. Omorodion will reportedly arrive on a 7-year deal.
