Maurizio Sarri, the current boss of Lazio, has urged Osimhen to be careful following an incredible season with Napoli.
Former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has urged Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen to think carefully before deciding to leave Napoli this summer.
Osimhen has been linked with a move away from Naples this summer after a historic season with Napoli.
Chelsea, Bayern Munich, PSG and Manchester monitoring Osimhen
The Super Eagles star had the best year of his career last season after leading Napoli to their first Serie A title in 33 years.
Osimhen played a pivotal role in the success after scoring 26 goals in 31 games, including the all-important goal that won Napoli the title.
The Nigeria international also broke several records in the process, becoming the first African to score more than 21 league goals in a single season in Serie A and overtaking George Weah as Africa’s all-time top scorer in the league.
Overall, Osimhen scored 31 goals last season as he also scored another five goals in six Champions League matches.
But Osimhen’s impressive numbers have come at a cost for Napoli as the Nigerian striker is being linked with a move away from the club.

Why signing Napoli hero Victor Osimhen is a big risk — Bayern Munich
Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have identified a problem with signing in-demand Nigeria Super Eagles and Napoli star Victor Osimhen this summer.
Although Sarri admits that Osimhen is in a strong position to decide what he wants, the Lazio manager says the Nigerian will struggle to have the same bond he shares with Napoli at any other club in the world.
“I don’t know what he (Osimhen) will do, but what he found in Naples, he won’t find again in his career. Naples is a unique and exhilarating experience; it makes you feel both the responsibilities and the affection, love, and total involvement. Osimhen will make his choices, but he will struggle to find what he experienced in Naples,” Sarri told SportItalia as per TuttoNapoli.
Sarri may be right as Osimhen is held in high regard in Naples. The Nigerian star is seen on the same pedestal as Diego Maradona after leading them to the Serie A title since the days of the late Argentine great
