It is over UGX 76 million when converted into Ugandan Shillings, whereas it is 25 million in Rwandan francs.
Ojera joined the Nyanza-based club on a short loan from URA in January 2023, but later, the Tax Collectors agreed to sell the player permanently in August of the same year.
He had only served a year in his two-year contract before his exit to link up with his fellow countryman Joseph Ochaya at Al Mokawloon.

FOOTBALL Rayon Sports fundraiser to pay Ugandan player’s sign on fee gains momentum as half of the money is raised
Ojera joined the Rwandan side on loan from URA FC last season. However, the club decided to make his move permanent, but the winger asked for Ugx 76M for his signature, which led to the club starting a fundraising drive on the 18th of July.
The winger had become an integral part of the 'Gukindiro' squad, leaving Yamen Zelfani's charges in the fourth position on the 16-team log with 30 points after 17 outings.
However, a couple of Ugandan players have struggled in North Africa, especially in Egypt, with Uganda Cranes and SC Villa defender Gavin Kizito the most recent to return home after a failed stint at Al-Ittihad.
Ojera hopes to defy the odds, and the presence of Ochaya could play a role in his future at the club.
