Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has defended himself after being criticised for recent performances.
Andre Onana has come out to defend himself after facing endless criticism.
The Manchester United goalkeeper has let in 40 goals in 24 appearances since joining the Red Devils in the summer and has made several high-profile errors, notably in the UEFA Champions League.
Onana insists he will bounce back
Speaking ahead of United's game against Liverpool at Anfield, Onana said he is still a top goalkeeper.
"You want to tell me in 6 months, the best goalkeeper in the Champions League last season can become the worst in the world? Nah…”.
“I know it’ll be alright here at Man United. It’s just a matter of time”.
Onana will hope to be at his absolute best as United take on a rampant Liverpool at Anfield.
