Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou rubbished suggestions that his team would allow themselves to be beaten by Manchester City to derail Arsenal's title ambitions.

Premier League Standings: Guardiola reveals what Manchester City need against Tottenham Hotspur
Title-chasing Manchester City desperately need a win to regain top spot on the Premier League Table heading into the final weekend.
On Tuesday evening, Tottenham will find themselves in a unique situation where they can help their sworn enemies win the Premier League title.
Arsenal are in a direct shootout with Manchester City for the Premier League title. Only one point separates both sides; Arsenal top the log with 86 points, while City, on 85, trail. However, Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand, and it happens to be against Tottenham.
A win for Tottenham will put Arsenal back in the driving seat for the title and would require the Gunners to beat Everton at the Emirates on the last day of the season to lift their 14th Premier League title and first in 20 years.
A draw could also be helpful, as Arsenal have a superior goal difference, but a defeat puts the defending champions back ahead before the final game against West Ham at the Etihad; hence, the suggestion that Spurs fans would rather lose to Manchester for the first time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium than set Arsenal on course for number 14.
What Postecoglou
Tottenham's boss, Ange Postecoglou, rejected this suggestion and stated clearly that his team will do all they can to win the match.
"I understand rivalry. I was part of one of the biggest ones in the world in the last couple of years with Celtic and Rangers," the Spurs boss said, per the BBC.
"But I've never, and will never, understand if someone wants their own team to lose. That's not what sport is about. It's not what I love about the game."
"100% of Spurs supporters" want his side to win against City but acknowledged "people are allowed to feel the way they do". The Australian, however, said he has not "lived my life" taking "pleasure from other people's misery."
"Real success looks like trophies. Anything else in between, bragging rights, whatever, it is absolutely meaningless to me.
"What do you think is going to happen? What do you think we are going to do as a team, or any team on this planet? Aren't we going to just try to win? It's a simple premise. How that makes people feel, I'm not really fussed and I don't really care."
Tottenham also have other motivations outside of sportsmanship, as they compete with Aston Villa for a place in next season's Champions League.
The Villans have a five-point lead following their thrilling 3-3 draw against Liverpool. This means Postecoglou’s side will have to beat Manchester City and then Sheffield United on the final day while hoping Villa trip up against Crystal Palace.
