His Scottish club Dundee United has informed the federation that the 22-year-old is out with an injury.
Former KCCA FC striker Sadat Anaku will have to wait longer to mark his debut for the Uganda Cranes due to an injury.
The striker had been called up by coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic for Uganda’s upcoming double-leg of 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Tanzania.
However, his Scottish club Dundee United has informed the federation that the 22-year-old is out with an injury.
“Scotland-based forward Sadat Happy Anaku will not be available for selection in both encounters against Tanzania due to an injury as communicated by his club, Dundee United,” FUFA Confirmed.
Anaku last featured for Dundee United on March 8th in a 1-1 draw away to Livingston in the Scottish Premiership.
