With Kenya set to face Botswana in a two-legged final round qualifier, Awour is confident in her team's abilities and their unwavering determination to clinch a WAFCON berth.

Awour, who currently plays for France Division 2 side Association Sportive Jeunesse de Soyaux Charente, is poised to make a significant impact on the upcoming matches.

She believes that Botswana may not be an easy opponent, but she and her fellow Kenyan teammates do not fear the challenge.

"Botswana is not an easy team, but we don't fear them as Kenyans. We believe we can beat them. We have trained extensively, gained valuable experience, and all our players are capable. We promise we will not let you down," Awour confidently stated.

Awour's return to the squad adds to the team's depth and competitiveness.

Known for her exceptional reflexes and consistent performance in her league, Awour will be vying for a place in the starting lineup alongside Annedy Kundu, further strengthening Harambee Starlets' defensive prowess.

Starlets entered their training camp on Monday, dedicating themselves to fine-tuning their skills and strategies in preparation for the crucial qualifiers.
