The game is slated for an 8 PM (EAT) kick-off in Tehran.
Iran national football team head coach Amir Ghalenoei will field a different team to the one that started against Russia when they face Kenya in Tuesday's international friendly match in Tehran.
Iran plays Kenya four days after drawing 1-1 against Russia at the 78,000-seater Azadi Stadium.
In that game, Iran fielded a strong team which saw goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand starting together with the likes of Shojae Khalilzadeh and Ehsan Hajsafi while Alireza Beiranvand made his Team Melli debut.
According to the Persian publication Khabar Online, Ghalenoei will look to balance his squad for the clash that he will use to assess his players and identify the strengths and weaknesses of his squad.
"The head coach of the national team plans to change the composition of Iran for the match against Kenya and will come to the field with a new lineup in this game.

FOOTBALL Harambee Stars predicted XI vs Iran: Firat to start Scriven, drop Omar
Pulse Sports predicts Kenya's line up ahead of the first international engagement since the suspension was lifted.
The head coach's goal is to gauge all the players. For that reason, those players who sat on the national team's bench against Russia will play in the game against Kenya," the publication reported.
However, Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat has assured Iranians that his charges will give Team Melli a run in their backyard.
While the odds are firmly against Firat's charges, Harambee Stars are known to perform strongly against tough sides.
The players are confident they can hold their own against Team Melli, and captain Michael Olunga assured Kenyans that they are ready to give their all against the former Asian champions.
"All the players have shown quality and readiness for the challenge. It is going to be a first test against a good opponent and we shall give our best to get desired results," said Olunga.
About 30,000 fans are expected to attend the match at the Azadi Stadium which will be another good experience for most of the players in the Harambee Stars set up to play in front of a big crowd.
