The 27-year-old English midfielder has agreed to a deal that could see him pocket £10million-per-season.

On Sunday, March 5, Puma teased Grealish's sponsorship by dropping several hints on social media.

The company posted an England flag, alongside the caption: "It might be coming home for him one day."

The tweet that followed read: "He wears number 10."

Then on Monday morning, Puma tweeted a video showing Grealish kitted out in Puma gear alongside the message: "We’re delighted to announce that Jack Grealish is a PUMA.

Grealish also shared the news himself on Twitter with a post that read: "Here we go @pumafootball Proud to join the PUMA Fam!#PUMAxJACK”

The contract is expected to run until 2028, and the former Aston Villa playmaker is now the newest superstar face of Puma.

Grealish had previously signed a contract with Nike as a teenager, and had been with them ever since, before recently opting to change sponsors.

Reports suggest that Nike were unable to match the finances due to their already large portfolio of superstar athletes, and that Puma also offered a bespoke package, via TalkSport.

The forward will wear PUMA Future Ultimate football boots on the pitch, says the German manufacturer.

Grealish joins the likes of PSG superstar NeymarAtletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann, and his Man City boss Pep Guardiola in becoming an ambassador of the sportswear brand.
