Kariobangi Sharks crushed title hopefuls Posta Rangers 5-1 in an FKF Premier League encounter at Police Sacco Stadium on Sunday afternoon in what was arguably the surprise result of the season.
The win moved Sharks to the 12th spot on the table, while Rangers remained fourth in the standings, 11 points behind table leader Gor Mahia.
Sharks bossed the game from the opening minutes and had fine chances for Ian Taifa and John Makwatta – neither of which were capitalised on – in the opening ten minutes.
