He has been a free agent, having left URA at the end of the season following the expiry of his contract.
With URA, he managed 37 Uganda Premier League appearances across two years, including 21 in the previous campaign.
To join the Tax Collectors, he had excelled at his former sides, Onduparaka FC and Paidha Black Angels.
Meanwhile, Kitara have been the busiest topflight side in the ongoing transfer window as they have netted down eight players already.
The Royals have already signed Chrispus Kusiima from Gadaffi FC, Frank ‘Zaga’ Tumwesigye from Vipers and Jude Ssemugabi from Mbarara City.
