Sofapaka piled more Misery on Kakamega Homeboyz at the Dandora stadium while Talanta were held to a stalemate by Kariobangi Sharks at the Machakos Stadium.
In the 72nd minute, Sofapaka doubled their lead with a second goal from John Otieno, sealing the win at 2-0.
Reflecting on the match, Waw expressed frustration at his team’s failure to convert their opportunities.
“We have to go back to the dressing room and work on improving,” said Waw via Citizen TV.
“If you look at the game, we were on top of it, but it was a game of chances. They (Sofapaka) used their chances well, and we wasted ours. So that's a challenge to me to work on and improve in the next match.”
