Kampala Queens WFC striker Resty Nanziri has reportedly departed the club to join Chinese second-tier club Shanghai Qiusheng Donghua.
According to Swift Sports, Nanziri, who was put on open market for sale by the club in May this year, will play professional football in China for the forthcoming season.
The forward was a key pillar as Kampala Queens won their first-ever FUFA Women Super League title last campaign, having gone unbeaten.
Nanziri was the top scorer as she netted a decent eleven goals, the most of any other player in the league.
The Crested Cranes player joined Kampala Queens in 2018 after a stint with Uganda Martyrs Women's Football Club.
It's important to note that Shanghai Qiusheng Donghua competes in the Chinese Women's Football League, the country's second-tier league in the women's setting.
