KCCA has appointed Jackson Magera as interim coach after parting ways Abdallah Mubiru.
Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) has appointed Jackson Magera as interim coach after shockingly parting ways coach Abdallah Mubiru and his assistant Kefa Kisala.
According to multiple reports, KCCA on Friday, April 11, submitted in an official statement confirmed the mutual resignation of the contract with Mubiru by a letter.
The Ugandan Premier League side also commended Mubiru and Kisala for there contributions, loyalty and the service they gave this team while in power.

Mubiru avoided the conversation when pressed, during his pre-match press interview.
“KCCA FC would like to wish our Coaches Abdallah Mubiru & Kefa Kisala all the best in their future,” the press release read as quoted by KCCA Media .
The club acknowledged the two UPL coaches and will look forward for what they add in future endeavors.
KCCA has appointed Assistant Coach Jackson Magera as the acting head coach of KCCA FC in view of the departures.

Magera steps into a critical season for KCCA as they are currently placed sixth on the table already having collected 34 points from their 22 games.
Next up for Magera is a battle against third-placed BUL FC on April 12 in a top-half of the table clash.
