"KCCA is big club with an even bigger image that deserves better," dejected and disappointed, Mubiru told Pulse Sports.
Former KCCA FC player and coach Abdullah Mubiru has been left disgruntled and fretting with the current state of affairs at his beloved, in the recent past.
The 13-time Uganda Premier League champions are enduring a five-year trophy drought and are threatening a further extension.
They haven't won a league and a Uganda Cup since the 2018/19 season. Currently, they sit second with 38 points, five behind leaders SC Villa and are already out of the Cup.
"KCCA is big club with an even bigger image that deserves better," dejected and disappointed, Mubiru told Pulse Sports.
Their recent dismal form has seen them fail to win a match in five games across all competitions, suffering defeat in the last two; 1-0 and 2-0 to Soltilo Bright Stars FC and KCCA FC respectively.
The recent spell of events at Lugogo has seen Morley Byekwaso resign as head coach, with legend Jackson Mayanja taking over on the interim.
"They need to have a long term vision and mission and avoid guiding the club to winning at All costs.”
"They should have a philosophy then recruit coaches, players who fit into the philosophy," the Mbeya City FC head coach added.
The always-humble tactician then went all-out at persons assuming birthright authority at KCCA. He claims the same are responsible for ensuring anyone who is not them, fails at Lugogo.
"There is a clique of coaches who think they have a right to coaching at KCCA, so they have always gone through journalists, fans and players to surbotage the sitting coach for them to win the job."
The coach however declined to call out names, before further expressing his frustration with the way KCCA handled the Byekwaso situation.
"Just imagine a club as big as KCCA, how it can fail to support their coach when the team has better chances of winning the league?"
A section of the KCCA faithful have tipped Mubiru to take over reigns at the of the season.
However, it awaits to be seen whether this will come to fruition with the way he has sent out his outcry to management.
