Okello, currently on the books of Algerian side Paradou FC on a four-year contract, returned to Lugogo in September 2022 on a season loan deal.

Allan Okello will not be at KCCA FC next season even though the club tried to lure him to stay for another campaign, Pulse Sports can confirm.

Okello, currently on the books of Algerian side Paradou FC on a four-year contract, returned to Lugogo in September 2022 on a season loan deal.

Ahead of the new season coming up, Okello is expected to return to his parent club; however, KCCA FC expressed interest in extending the loan deal for another season.

But Paradou FC have priced them out, leaving the Lugogo-based side with no option but to pull out.

Pulse Sports understands the Algerian side plans to utilise the left-footed midfielder more next season and has slapped a price tag of upwards of $350,000 for any club interested in Allan Okello.

The 23-year-old picked up eight assists, the most at KCCA FC, scored four goals and picked up several Player of the Month awards at the club.

KCCA FC finished second in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League last season.

The thirteen-time league champions who recently confirmed Portuguese coach Sergio Moniz Daniel Traguil parted ways with experienced goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan and center-back Geoffrey Wasswa.

Reports indicate that another defender John Revita parted ways with the club after an injury-laden three seasons at Lugogo.

The Kasasiro boys will feature in the FUFA Super Eight tournament and the FUFA Super Cup against Vipers before the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round engagements, all in August.
