The 23-year-old has grown into a full international for South Sudan after going through the U-20 and U-23 junior teams.

KCCA FC has announced the acquisition of South Sudan midfielder Emmanuel Loki ahead of their StarTimes Uganda Premier League opener against BUL on Saturday.

Loki agreed to sign a two-year deal with the Lugogo giants from Soltilo Bright Stars on the local transfer deadline day on Wednesday.

Loki looks like a good replacement for midfielder Allan Okello whose loan term ended before he crossed over to rivals Vipers SC.

“I am delighted to have joined KCCA FC, one of the biggest clubs in Africa,” Loki said during his unveiling.

“I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to the team and I am excited to get started,” he assured the fans.

The 23-year-old has grown into a full international for South Sudan after going through the U-20 and U-23 junior teams.

He closes the club’s transfer as the ninth new player on their roster.
