Otieno, who was recently named in the Leicester City senior squad for the first time last week, found the scoresheet as the Youth Foxes overcame Brentford on Friday.
Kenyan prospect Silko Amari Otieno Thomas was on the scoresheet as Leicester City's Development Squad defeated Brentford B 3-2 to progress into the Premier League Cup last-16 on Friday night.
Otieno has now scored three goals in 11 Youth team appearances since joining from Chelsea last summer and is keen to keep impressing until he becomes a permanent fixture in the first team as the side seeks promotion back to the Premier League.
Needing a win to qualify as Group G runners-up and join Fulham in the knockout stages of the competition, Leicester were on the front foot from the off at LCFC Training Ground and it was Portugal youth international Marçal who found the breakthrough on 18 minutes.
