Roving left-back Richard Matovu has parted ways with West Nile powerhouse Arua Hill SC after two years at the club.
Having run out his contract with the Kongolo, Matovu and the club have mutually decided against renewing, hence the exit.
"Amazing club, management, fun and a sweet home; I can't believe I'm saying goodbye to this great team," confirmed Matovu on his socia media platforms, on Thursday.
"... especially the players, coach and beautiful fun (fans). I am very lucky that (I) have a dressing room with you guys," he added.
"I am grateful for the support off and the pitch," he said before signing out; "I will always be a Kongolo."
Matovu has been a mainstay in the Arua Hill team for the two years at Barifa Stadium, playing 47 league games across two seasons.
In the previous campaign, he managed 25 appearances in the league, as he guided the Leopards to fourth with 44 points.
