BetPawa Futsal Super League Second-placed Luzira falter as Park go eight points clear
This gave the leaders Park a chance to extend their lead at the top of the table to eight points ahead of their game against Edgars Youth Programme and they indeed capitalized on the opportunity.
Julius Kassaga put up a man-of-the-match show taking Kisenyi’s tally to 31 points in the second position, one point ahead of Luzira.
Meanwhile, Kisenyi are seven points adrift of table leaders Park FC who are on 38 points after 14 outings.
In the other two games played on the evening, Kabowa Dream Team FC ran a riot on bottom side Kawempe FC 9-2 whereas Nansana Aska FC edged Aidenal FC 3-2.
Kawempe continues as the only team yet to register a victory in the ongoing 2023/24 campaign and neither have they managed a point, losing all their 14 games played so far.
Action will return in a week on Thursday March 21st and Friday 22nd.
