Ndejje took a 2-0 advantage at halftime through Francis Onekalit and Alfred Onek's goals in the 30th and 45th minutes. The latter would later complete his brace in the 86th minute.
Kiyinda returned from the break resurgent and scored four successive goals courtesy of Ambrose Kigozi, Yasser Mugerwa, and a brace from Amuli Mukisa.
The latter's double came in the 68th and 71st minutes, while Kigozi and Mugerwa scored in the 47th and 61st, respectively.
As Kiyinda climbed to the ninth position with 11 points from nine outings, Ndejje stayed in the red zone with seven points in the 14th.
Meanwhile, Lugazi FC shocked Onduparaka FC 2-1 in Lugazi on Friday to storm into the second position with 18 points, four adrift leaders Police FC, who are on 22 points after nine games.
Booma FC were the other victors on matchday ten, edging out Kyetume FC 3-2 in Masindi to keep within touching distance of the promotional positions with 15 points in sixth place.
Matchday ten will climax on Monday, November 27, when Jinja North United FC hosts Kigezi HomeBoyz FC at Kyabazinga Stadium in Jinja.
