Nigerian striker Larry Kayode has joined Umraniyespor on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk
Turkish Super Lig side Umraniyespor has confirmed the signing of Nigerian striker Kayode Olarenwaju popularly known as Larry Kayode.
The 29-year-old joins Umraniyespor until the end of the season from his parent club Shakhtar Donetsk where he has found opportunities few and far between.
The Turkish Super Lig club confirmed the arrival of the Super Eagles striker on their official page, welcoming the Nigerian to the club.

Umraniyespor announced the signing with a tweet that read, "Welcome, Kayo. Our club tied a contract with the 29-year-old Larry Kayode of Shakhtar Donetsk team to his colour until the end of the season. We welcome you Kayode and wish you good luck."
Umraniyespor are currently bottom of the Turkish Super Lig, six points adrift of safety and will be hoping Kayode's arrival turns around their season.
This move is Kayode's third consecutive loan move away from Shakhtar Donetsk since 2019 all to Turkish clubs.
The former Manchester City player was loaned to Gaziantep where he scored 10 goals in 27 Super Lig appearances.
He then spent the next two seasons on loan at Sivasspor where he scored 12 goals in 66 league games including eight in all competitions last season.
Kayode represented Nigeria at u-17, u-20 and u-23 levels and played four times for the Super Eagles, the last of his appearances came in a friendly match against Argentina in 2017.
