LALIGA reveals nominees for annual awards at historic joint ceremony with KAFD Globe Soccer European Awards

LALIGA has announced the nominees for its annual Awards, which will be presented in conjunction with the KAFD Globe Soccer European Awards on May 28th in Cala di Volpe, Sardinia. 

This historic collaboration represents LALIGA's first international ceremony and a significant milestone in the league's commitment to putting fans at the heart of its "New Era".

LALIGA Reveals Historic Awards

Through this landmark agreement, LALIGA will present four awards in its traditional categories: Best Goal, Best Player, Best Coach, and Best U-23 Player. 

Additionally, the league will unveil its TOTS (Team of the Season) and the LALIGA EA Sports 23/24 Champion Award to Real Madrid. 

The winners will be chosen through a fan voting system, as well as input from club captains and a panel of experts.

Javier Tebas, President of LALIGA, expressed his enthusiasm for the occasion, stating, "The LALIGA Awards are the icing on the cake of a season characterized by a very high level, where the top positions have proved to be particularly competitive, with some clubs producing some real surprises thanks to their good work.”

Tommaso Bendoni, Founder and CEO of Globe Soccer, echoed Tebas' sentiments, saying;

"To have LALIGA's first international ceremony co-located alongside the first edition of the KAFD Globe Soccer European Awards is fantastic.

The KAFD Globe Soccer European Awards, which have been celebrating the world's best footballers on and off the pitch for more than 14 years, will also present over 10 awards during the ceremony, including categories such as Best Men's Player, Best Men's Club, Best Women's Club, Best Coach, and Best Emerging Talent. 

LALIGA EA SPORTS clubs and top performers, including Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Girona CF, Jude Bellingham, and Yamine Lamal, are among the nominees.

This historic collaboration between LALIGA and the KAFD Globe Soccer European Awards promises to deliver an unforgettable evening, showcasing the best of European football and solidifying LALIGA's commitment to its "New Era" and the fans at the heart of the game.
