Al Ettifaq are ready to triple Henderson's £200,000-a-week salary with a two-year contract.
Liverpool and Saudi Pro League side Al Ettifaq have agreed over the £12 million transfer of Jordan Henderson.
The agreement between the Premier League and the Middle East's club now makes it possible for the England international to make a move to the Pro League.
What remains now, according to reports, is for Henderson and Al Ettifaq to agree over personal terms.
Henderson's move to Saudi Arabia could have a negative impact on his international career ahead of the European Championships next summer.

Liverpool considering a move for Crystal Palace star as Henderson’s replacement
Cheick Doucoure, a midfielder for Crystal Palace, has become a potential target for Liverpool this summer with Henderson getting close to leaving Anfield.
After 491 appearances for Liverpool, his career at the Merseyside club looks over. The 33-year-old signed for the Reds from Sunderland for £20 million in 2011 and was captain when the club won the Premier League title and the Champions League, as well as the FA Cup and two League Cups.
Henderson is an ardent ally of the English LGBT+ community, and the group came out to criticize his reported move to Saudi Arabia, a country where same-sex relationships are not allowed.
"Our joy for Mr Henderson when he scored against Ukraine in the Euros (quarter-final) was, in part, due to his kindness and his 'lucky' rainbow lace," a statement from the group read.
"A banner was created to commemorate the low bar he had achieved in being outspoken on our right to support England & show visibility on the pitch. If the rumours are true, then that banner will be consigned to the depths of history."
